1.Where is your factory located?

A: Our factory is located at Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.

2.How many staff do you have in your factory?

A: There are around 450 people in our factory in total. There are about 70 staff in office and 55 staff in the QA staff.

3.How far is your factory from the airport?

A: It will take around 40mints from the airport to our factory. What's more, there are 2 high-speed train stations in our city, it will take around 40mints too.

4.What certificate does your company have?

A: Our Dongya is accredited with IATF16949, ISO19001, ISO14001, ISO45001.

5.What safety approvals do your products have?

A: Our products have 3rd party certification of UL, CE, TUV, CCC certificates.

6.How about your test equipment?

A: We have well-equipped laboratories, our company lab get CNAS approval certficate.

7.Are your products RoHS compliant?

A：Yes. All our of productes comply with ROHS & REACH.

8.Do you have MOQ limit?

A: Yes, the contactor and breaker have no MOQ requirement, however the shunt MOQ is 100pcs for each type.

9.Can you provide products as our requirements?

A: Yes, we have RD team, we can provide customized products based on the EAU.

10.Do you have sales target finished amount requirement to the distributor?

A: Yes, we have the requirement once to be our distributor need to finished the target amount the signed on the contract

11.How can i to be your agent in my country?

A: You need do a market research report of your country of our products and need to promise us how much amount you can finish. Then we can check and sign a contract of the distributor or the agent

12.Do you have any agent in our country?

A: Kindly let me know which country do you from, we have several non-exclusive agent in several country. We are still looking for good distributor or agent is possible.
